This class is specifically designed with athletes of all types in mind. It offers a challenging flow of movements focused on building strength, endurance, and body empowerment, as well as improving mobility.
This is an intermediate level class using the flow of sun salutations to loosen, strength, and align the body. It is recommended that students have previously taken a basic level yoga class.
Instructor: Jennifer Davis
This is an all levels mixture of Yin and Restorative yoga, focusing on the importance of rejuvenation and relaxation. Postures will focus on relieving stress and preparing both the body and mind for the start of a new week.
This is an all levels class in a high temperature space. The instructor will guide the class through a series of poses, breathing techniques and meditation. The room temperature for this class is turned up to help increase your respiration, metabolism, and circulation. Many people find that the higher temperature also helps them burn more calories.
Instructor: Amanda Tollstam
Start the year off right with a rejuvenating yoga practice, led by instructor Amanda Tollstam. Sweat the stress away, leave feeling refreshed and ready for 2025!
This is an all levels class where beginners are welcome. Mindful stretches and gentle movements are used to help increase the body's mobility and balance.

Join us from home! Lunch break flow is designed for those working from home, busy parents, or anyone who would just rather join us from the comfort of their own space. This class is taught in a shortened time frame in order to fit into people's lunch break. Beginners are welcome! We'll be focusing on moving the body, getting blood flow going, activating muscles and encouraging mobility in joints that may not get much movement the rest of the work day. Treat yourself to a much needed movement break!
This class is for the yogi who is floating somewhere between basic yoga classes and Intermediate Vinyasa or "flow" classes. If you are ready to build on your understanding of basic yoga, move a little faster and build some heat, this class will be a good fit for you. We will regularly use props and occasionally move to a wall to feel confident and supported in more difficult postures and balance postures.Â
Instructor: Jennifer Biritz
This class combines asanas (yoga postures), breath work, aromatherapy and inspirational readings to help practitioners respond to rather than react to stress. The movement portion of class is beginner-friendly and designed for people who are comfortable kneeling and getting to and from the floor. Movement will vary from week to week—some examples include grounding classes, heart-opening classes, heat-building gentle vinyasa classes, yin classes, and combinations of these.
