Intro To Vinyasa

This class is for the yogi who is floating somewhere between basic yoga classes and Intermediate Vinyasa or "flow" classes. If you are ready to build on your understanding of basic yoga, move a little faster and build some heat, this class will be a good fit for you.  We will regularly use props and occasionally move to a wall to feel confident and supported in more difficult postures and balance postures.
